Booking
To schedule a session, I prefer to meet in person. This allows us to review the Client Questionnaire together and get acquainted, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience on the day of your session.
The Photography Client Questionnaire can also be downloaded directly from the website.
A $50 non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking to secure your session date. This retainer will be applied toward your total session balance.
Please confirm your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. If confirmation is not received within 24 hours of your scheduled time, the appointment will be considered canceled.
Payment
Payment for services is due upon completion of the session or delivery of final work, as applicable.
The retainer fee will appear as a credit on your final invoice.

Services
If your session includes multiple locations, travel time will not reduce your session time.
If a session exceeds the scheduled time frame, no additional fee will be charged within a 30-minute grace period.
Final, edited high-resolution images will be delivered digitally within one week of your session. You may download and print your images once the print release agreement (signed at booking) is on file.
The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images and reserves the right to use them for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes. Clients receive a personal-use license for the images, not ownership of the original files.
Images may not be altered in any way without prior written consent. This includes applying filters, cropping, or making other adjustments. All sessions include professional editing — such as color correction, cropping, contrast, and exposure adjustments — completed at the photographer’s discretion.
RAW or unedited images are not provided, as they do not reflect the finished quality of our work.

The photographer reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Failure to Perform
In the event that we are unable to provide photographic services due to illness, equipment failure, accident, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will make every reasonable effort to secure another qualified photographer.
If that is not possible, all fees paid will be refunded in full, and no further liability shall be incurred.
This limitation of liability also applies in cases where images are lost or damaged due to technical malfunction or other unforeseen causes without fault on the part of the photographer.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens — children have off days, and sometimes plans change.
Your first reschedule is on us: we will apply your existing retainer to a new session date.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a second time, a new retainer fee will be required to reserve your appointment.
